Customers have the responsibility to check each shipment at time of arrival for accuracy and damage. Any discrepancy should be reported to us immediately, with a picture so we can open a claim if the shipper is responsible.

If we have shipped a wrong or incomplete item, we will, at our expense, ship you the proper item and arrange to have the wrong one picked up.

If you have ordered the wrong item, we will determine if the item is a standard item or custom order. Standard items can be returned for convenience of the customer if the following conditions are met:

(1) You have received an RMA # from us
(2) Items must be returned in “as new, salable condition” without evidence of installation or use.
(3) Items are subject to a 20% restocking fee with no allowance for freight
(4) Customer is responsible for return shipping charges
(5) Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase

No exchanges or refunds will be granted after 30 days. Special custom order items in frame, color, upholstery or combination may not be returned.
